1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgileDeck ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Use of Service
AgileDeck provides a collaborative platform for agile teams including retrospective boards, sprint planning tools, planning poker, and code activity analytics via optional Bitbucket integration. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@agiledeck.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share accounts or use another user's account without permission.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to AgileDeck ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
We do not use your User Content to train machine-learning models or share it with third parties without your consent.
Bitbucket integration
If you choose to connect a Bitbucket workspace, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to access the repositories you configure — either as their owner or with explicit permission from the repository owner.
- The Atlassian API token you provide belongs to an account you control and has not been revoked or shared in an unauthorized manner.
- Connecting a workspace and initiating a sync is your explicit instruction for AgileDeck to retrieve pull request data from those repositories on your behalf.
- Profile photos — must not depict illegal content, impersonate another person, or violate third-party rights; we reserve the right to remove images that violate these standards
We store and process the fetched pull request data solely to display analytics to you and your authorized team members. You may remove the integration and its associated data at any time from Team Settings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without written permission
- Engage in conduct that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgileDeck and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Payment & Plans
Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge for annual plans.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgileDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
